Staff Bios

Lawrence Fisher, a native of South Africa, started Home System Solutions in January 2006. He and his wife have lived in Central Oregon since 2005, having chosen to live here for all the wonderful outdoor pursuits available including snowboarding, camping,  boating and mountain biking (in fact, Lawrence’s wife is co-owner of Cog Wild Bicycle Tours in Bend). Lawrence has always had an amazing attention to detail when it comes to electronics and how they work together. This skill works perfectly for designing systems and working with clients to ensure their vision plays out on paper.
Lawrence is also a member of the High Desert Design Council and an active supporter of the Central Oregon Trail Alliance.

Jeff Kehrer, originally from the East Coast, moved to Bend in 2005. He brought a well rounded background of cabinetry and woodworking as a custom furniture maker and boat builder to HSS in 2008 (and also has been a wild land firefighter, but luckily we are not needing those skills!). Jeff brings his extensive project management skills and creative thinking to life at HSS as partner, project manager, designer and installer. Jeff is an amazing and creative craftsman and has a great eye for detail, something all our clients agree with! Outside of work Jeff loves to rock climb, snowboard, go camping and float the Deschutes River with his wonderful wife.
