Automation Installer / Programmer
Job Responsibilities Include:
· Layout and install TVs, touch screens, cameras, and other HSS standard automation equipment independently and proficiently
· Manage wiring in equipment racks, stacks, and low voltage panels to HSS standards
· Execute wire-pulls in crawl spaces, attics, and new construction jobs with assistance of apprentice installers
Programming:
· Program Control4 automation systems containing HSS standard equipment from start to finish
· Program Araknis Networks containing HSS standard equipment from start to finish including OvrC setup and commands
Customer Service:
· Field customer service requests via phone and email
· Troubleshoot system technical issues
· Provide A+ customer service to all HSS clients
Requirements:
· 2+ years of residential A/V installation experience
· 2+ years experience in A/V system setup and troubleshooting
· 1 year experience in residential networking
· Experience in low voltage work
· Ability to work on hands/knees
· Ability to navigate crawl spaces or attics comfortably for up to an hour at a time
· Valid Oregon Driver’s license and an excellent driving record
· Self-motivated to learn and improve
· Strong work ethic and professional attitude
· Thinks critically and responds well to constructive criticism
· Proficient in the use of MS Office suite

Job Responsibilities Include:
· Install TVs, touch screens, cameras and other automation equipment
· Manage wiring in equipment racks, stacks, and low voltage panels
· Execute wire-pulls in crawl spaces and attics with assistance
Requirements:
· Basic hand tool/power tool proficiency
· Experience in cabling or wiring, low voltage electrical work, or equipment installation is a bonus
· Experience in networking or troubleshooting is a bonus
· Ability to work on hands/knees
· Ability to navigate crawl spaces or attics comfortably for up to an hour at a time
· Valid Oregon Driver’s license and an excellent driving record
· Self-motivated to learn and improve
· Strong work ethic and professional attitude
· Thinks critically and responds well to constructive criticism
· Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
